Tiana Flex is from South Africa. She is a professional ladies physique competitor. After winning the 2015 South African Championships and taking the overall title in ladies physique, she got selected to compete at the 2016 Arnold Classic hosted in Sandton Convention centre from the 27th to 29th May. It has been her dream to compete at the highest level and working hard at winning her class so she can become a pro athlete. Tiana has been in the fitness industry for 5 years. It’s been her goal to become a pro athlete on an International level and she’s been working harder than ever to accomplish it.
